If you have decided to implement an integrated business management system, such as SAP Business One, planning in advance the resources that are necessary for the new system implementation will help to avoid potential surprises.
The software cost - usually calculated according to the number of licensed users - is one of the factors that needs to be taken into consideration. Depending on the degree of complexity of the solution, the costs may occur associated with data transfer into the new system, user interface adaptation and adjusting the system to the existing software.
